perfect stay
built-in dispenser comfortable bed fresh breakfast
The built-in water dispenser was a great touch. it reduced plastic waste a lot. I liked that. the beds and pillows were indeed very comfortable. i was able to rest well after long days of walking. the breakfast options at cica restaurant were also amazing. I found many fresh and delicious items.
the lifts were occasionally slow, and the floor layouts could be a little confusing though.

Excellent Bakery and Great Location

The hotel breakfast has much variety. The hotel bakes its own bread, a delicious focaccia. The location is near many main attractions. The bus stops around the corner, very convenient. The rooms are also good size and comfortable, with good WiFi.
The lifts are tiny. They are always packed, and I felt a bit squeezed.

The staff makes sure to ship my sister's luggage. They shipped it in a timely manner to our destination, very helpful. Every staff was friendly and helpful .

serene and stylish stay
great location convenient laundry relaxing space comfortable bed
i appreciated the hotel's location close to many attractions. the on-site laundry was convenient. the rooftop deck offered a relaxing space each evening. i found the bed quite comfortable for restful nights.
the lifts sometimes took a while to arrive. this occasionally caused a small delay when going to different floors.

The hotel has a great bakery with many choices. The staff members were always polite. The room size was bigger than I thought. I found the location was very good. It was near most hotspots.
The rooftop bar, I hardly used it. I could get a drink from the convenience store and sit by the river. Many bars in the area are also convenient.

My room include a hairdryer and also an iron. The shower and toiletries are top notch. The room was a good size and very well equipped. I have a restful sleep.
